We understand how important personal data protection is, which is why we have prepared this document (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") where you will find all the necessary information regarding the principles of processing your personal data and the use of cookies in connection with the use of the website www.b-energy.pl.

We place great emphasis on the security and legality of personal data processing, and therefore we apply the most advanced organizational and technical safeguards to ensure the best possible protection of the personal data you provide. We also guarantee that we process it in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: "GDPR"), as well as other currently applicable personal data protection laws.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
a) Contact Form

Personal data: name, surname, email address, phone number

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing based on our legitimate interest in enabling contact with us and responding to your inquiry.

Data retention period: until you object to the processing of personal data.

b) Application Form

Personal data: data provided in the application form such as name, surname, email address, phone number, and information contained in the CV, IP address

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, i.e., processing to perform services such as applying for job and cooperation offers, as well as for future recruitment.

Data retention period: until you object to the processing of personal data.

c) Website and Social Media Management

Personal data: name, surname, pseudonym, profile picture

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing for our legitimate interest in marketing our services and conducting correspondence.

Data retention period: until you object to the processing of personal data.

d) Website Traffic Analysis

Personal data: IP address

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing based on our legitimate interest in generating statistics and measuring website traffic.

Data retention period: 12 months or until you object to the processing of your personal data.

e) Marketing Activities

Personal data: IP address, device ID

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing for our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities.

Data retention period: 12 months or until you object to the processing of your personal data.

f) Establishing, Pursuing, and Enforcing Claims and Defending Against Claims in Court or Other Government Agencies

Personal data: name, surname, mailing address, email address, phone number

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, i.e., processing for our legitimate interest in establishing, pursuing, and enforcing claims, as well as defending against claims in court and before other government agencies.

Data retention period: until the statute of limitations for claims related to contract performance expires.

g) Fulfilling Legal Obligations

Personal data: name, surname, mailing address, email address, phone number

Legal basis for processing: Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, i.e., processing is necessary to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the Administrator.

Data retention period: until the legal obligations that justified the processing of personal data expire.

Voluntary Nature of Providing Personal Data

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for entering into a contract or providing our services, particularly services provided electronically.

Recipients of Personal Data

Recipients of your personal data may include entities providing us with accounting, legal, analytical, marketing, IT services, as well as our subcontractors.

Automated Decision-Making, Profiling

We do not make decisions about you in an automated manner, nor do we use profiling.

Transfer of Data Outside the European Economic Area or to International Organizations

Your personal data may be transferred to third parties that the Administrator uses in connection with the operation of the website. Due to the use of services from Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook, your personal data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA), Canada, and other countries. These entities guarantee an adequate level of personal data protection as required by European regulations. The website also contains embedded social media plugins. If you submit any of the aforementioned requests, we will inform you of the actions taken in connection with your request without undue delay – in any case, within one month of receiving your request.

Complaint to a Supervisory Authority

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations, you have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority, especially in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged violation. In Poland, the supervisory authority under GDPR is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
